Property Description

 

As you enter the secure front gate and walk towards the entrance, to the right-hand side, there is a spacious king studio (king bed can be split into 2 singles) suite with its own entry, pool/garden view, full ensuite and living area with TV, which flows seamlessly into the main house and is perfect for a couple or young family.

 

The main level comprises an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with huge sliding doors flowing onto a sublime undercover terrace adjoining a sparkling new heated swimming pool* with sun-drenched tropical gardens and views to the National Park – perfect for enjoying a morning coffee while watching the family enjoy year round swimming in the pool, relaxing and reading a book, or alfresco evening dining under the stars.

 

The modern kitchen is bright and spacious with all the mod-cons including Nespresso-compatible coffee machine, starter coffee pods, basic pantry items, gas cook tops, oven and dishwasher. For those who love cooking, feel free to pick fresh, organic, seasonal fruit, vegetables and herbs from our kitchen garden for a healthy meal.

 

There is an undercover outdoor dining area with BBQ off the living area and kitchen, with soothing water feature and leafy tropical foliage as its surrounds. If you are cooking in the kitchen, you can feel like part of the party by chatting through the large, open servery window to your dinner guests. Enjoy an evening movie on the huge flat-screen TV, cuddled up on the comfortable couch after a busy day at the beach.

 

Two spacious bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with two single beds, and main bathroom (with separate toilet) are also situated on the main level. Having all these facilities on one level is perfect for people with mobility challenges.


The second storey of our home is dedicated to a luxury master retreat. You are greeted by another living area with TV when you reach the top of the stairs. This is followed by a large king master bedroom with breathtaking views of a lush rainforest setting. A generous walk-in-robe and large full ensuite is also on this level – perfect for a couple wanting to get away from it all.
